How long should accounting and tax documents be kept?
According to the Accounting Act BE 2543, the time for keeping accounting documents is maintained for a period of not less than 5 years, but not more than 7 years, and in Section 87/3 of the Revenue Code, it is required to keep. Tax documents for a period of not less than 5 years as well.
