How to Forward Port the Huawei EchoLife HG8145V5 Router
For assigning Port to Ip Address of internal devices in order to have a connection of external devices, we must set up a Forward Port before going to set the Forward Port, we must know the IP of the Router can be viewed. from specified under Router
- When you know the IP of the Router, then go to the Browser and type search 192.168.1.1
- It will come to the login page of 3BB model HG8145V5, enter Username and Password to login.
- Later, go to Settings, select the Forward Rules tab, then click on the Port Mapping Configuration topic.
- Select the NEW button and enter the details of the external device that we want to connect. The details are
Enable Port Mapping :.ljcheckmark
Mapping Name : . Enter the desired name
WAN Name : Do not change
Internet Host : Enter the IP of the device. As required Forward Port
External Source IP Address : Enter the port number of the device.
- When complete as mentioned above, click Apply. At this point, the Forward Port setting will be completed.
