Types of REIT Funds

REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) is a high return investment channel. And has high investment security, divided into 2 types:

Freehold type

Is a fund that invests in the purchase of real estate to own and the income from the rental to be paid as dividends to unitholders, so unitholders will have full ownership of the invested property

Leasshold type

is an investment from real estate rental Real estate can be used to find returns within the lease period, such as 10-30 years. If the contract expires, the property must be returned to the owner, so the unitholders will not have ownership of that property.

Choosing a RIET fund should be very careful. For beginners, you should choose a Freehold type because you can see the dividend rate or return straight away. and have the right to enjoy the benefits indefinitely
