1. Open an Administrator Command Prompt window.
2. Type the command chkdsk c: /f /r and press Enter.

4. When the machine restarts, it will see that the machine is doing Check Disk (duration depends on the size of Disk).
5. Wait until the machine checks 100% and enters the Windows page.
6. If it is Drive D or any other Drive, use the command chkdsk d: /f /r. The machine will check and fix it. without having to restart
