- Open Control Panel
- Select Menu Clock and Region > Region
- Region window will appear, click on Administrative.
- Click on the Change system localeâĶ button, the Region Settings window will appear.
- Change Current system locale: to Thai (Thailand), then click OK.
- Upon completion There will be a command to restart the machine, select Restart now.
