Article 67
In case of termination of employment other than Section 119, the employer shall pay wages to the employee for annual holidays in the year of termination. In proportion to the annual leave that an employee is entitled to receive under Article 30.
In the event that the employee is the party to cancel the contract by himself or the employer terminates the employment whether under section 119 or not, the employer shall pay wages to the employee in accordance with the accumulated annual holidays that the employee is entitled to receive under section 30.
Proportional vacation
Vacation in the ratio according to the length of service of the employee during the year. If the employee has worked for a full year will receive a minimum statutory holiday of 6 days/year
Cumulative vacation
Holidays that have already been taken by employees who have completed their full year of service each year. where the employees have not used that holiday right (minimum 6 days/year)
