Web Authentication
- Login to Bitkub via web page
- come to the first page, select “Verify Now” and select “Verify” at the Level 1 slot.
- The system will display a window to select a nationality. to choose their own nationality
- FACTA conditions will be displayed. When finished reading or understanding, press “Next”.
- The system will show the Identity Verification page, complete the information and confirm the OTP.
- Fill in the information according to the ID card and click "Next"
- Complete your career details Actually, and click “Next”.
- Take the Suitability test questionnaire and certify the document information as correct and click “Next”.
- Read the details in an acknowledgment and acceptance of risk and click on “I want to trade”.
- Enter the image verification process by scanning a QR Code or uploading a picture.
When the process is complete The system will display a message. It may take up to 30 days to review.
Authentication via application
- Log in to Bitkub through the application.
- Choose to verify identity at the menu bar Setting
- Click Verify to select nationality. Choose your nationality
- FACTA conditions will be displayed. When finished reading or understanding, press “Next”.
- The system will show the Identity Verification page, complete the information and confirm the OTP.
- Fill in the information according to the ID card and click "Next"
- Complete your career details Actually, and click “Next”.
- Take the Suitability test questionnaire and certify the document information as correct and click “Next”.
- Enter to upload identity documents by using both the front and back of the ID card
- Then you need to verify your identity by performing face verification.
- Understand the terms and conditions When finished, click “Confirm”.
When the process is complete The system will display a message. It may take up to 30 days to review.
