  Thank You Letters  Sending a thank you note to your customers is another way to increase your impression score. It is a marketing strategy that requires little investment but very effective. Therefore, I would like to introduce some cool tricks to attract customers.  First step, why is the content outline important? If you want the content to come out impressive, first you need to outline it. It consists of 3 parts. - Must specify the date of service to the customer, e.g. because you came to use the service on…. - Important points that make customers come to use the service should be specified, such as thank you customers for using the service... - Identify subsequent services and closed by means of contact or other services, such as because customers come to use the service with us So we have a special service….  Step 2. Choose the right submission writing style for the right customers. Choosing a writing style and submitting it is one thing that shows care. Maybe not as important as the content. But this step should not be missed. For example, if sent in a letter will be very formal. But if sent through online channels will be more friendly  Step 3 The customer's name is misspelled. Before sending it to the customer, you should check it first. If the customer sees that the name is spelled incorrectly The impression that should have come back will disappear immediately. It's not just a name to be aware of. Personal matters should not be addressed in a thank you letter. A thank you note should suffice.  Step 4 One time may not be enough. Don't give up trying easily everything needs time The first submission, the customer may not have received a response. But don't be discouraged It's a good idea to keep trying, or change the way you do it in new ways. Maybe a change will work.  Step 5: If you want to send a card, it's better to avoid holidays. On festival days, everyone sends letters and sends cards. If sent, customers may miss and not read. Therefore, if you want customers to read, of course. It is better to avoid during the festival.  Step 6 Consistency is important. Let me emphasize. Honesty, Naturalness and Consistency – these are the three things that matter. If you want to attract customers, don't forget these 3 things.
