Por Por 36 is the form used to send VAT. To be used when paying for the purchase of goods or services to business operators who are not in the Kingdom according to the Revenue Code
In which cases is Phor Por 36 required?
In case the entrepreneur is not in the Kingdom but has temporarily entered to sell goods or services in the Kingdom and was not registered for VAT temporarily
In the event that the operator provides services in foreign countries but the use of the service is in the Kingdom of the transferee of the goods or services sold or provided to United Nations specialized agencies of the United Nations Embassies, embassies, consulates and consulates that have already paid 0% VAT.
