  Design a simple business card with Microsoft Word  Making your own business cards won't be difficult anymore because today ChatStick has a method for designing business cards with Microsoft Word that is easy to do and doesn't take much time.  Step 1: Set up the pages for making business cards. For making business cards with Microsoft Word, use A4 size paper, divided into 2 columns, 5 rows, which will give you 10 business cards, and each card will be 2 inches x 3.5 inches (or 5.08). cm.  1. Set the page to be A4 → by clicking the Layout menu → select the Size menu → and the size is A4. 2. Then set the size of the business card → by clicking the Mailings menu → selecting the Start Mail Merge → Labels menu. 3. A Label Options window will pop up → click the Label button. 4. The Label Details window will appear → enter the values as follows. - Label name: → Specify a name, such as Kruploy.com, make business cards, or anything else as desired. - Page size: → Select A4. - Number across: → Enter the number of columns. which will be set to 2 as specified in the beginning - Number down: → Enter the number of rows. This will be set to 5 as specified earlier. - Label height: and Vertical pitch: → set to the height of the business card, which is 2 inches (or 5.08 cm.) - Label width: and Horizontal pitch: → set to the width of the business card, which is 3.5 inches (or 8.89 cm.) - When finished setting various values → press OK. 5. You will return to the Label Options window again → select the name set in the Product number field → then press OK. 6. You will see that a table has been inserted into the paper. But it's still not very clear → Press Ctrl + A. 7. Then click on the Home menu → select the Borders menu → select All Border → and you will see the edges of the business card more clearly. 8. Set the business card to be in the middle of the paper → by clicking the Layout menu → selecting the Margins menu → selecting Narrow margins. The business card grid structure will be more centered. 9. Set the background of the business card (must be done) using shapes (Shapes) → by clicking the Insert menu → selecting the Shapes menu → selecting a rectangular shape (Rectangle). 10. Drag the rectangular area to fit the grid. (Only the first box) → Ready to add color → If you want a white background, enter it as white. Do not select No Fill.  Step 2 Design Designing a business card in Word can use a variety of tools, including shapes, text boxes, icons, stickers, or external images. However, in the design, this must be done only within the boundaries of the first table. You don't have to do it in other fields.  1. Insert a shape (Shapes) → by clicking the Insert menu → selecting the Shapes menu → selecting the shape as desired. 2. Insert a text box → by clicking the Insert menu → selecting the Text Box menu → selecting the text box as desired. To print text, content and adjust colors, various fonts, Thai fonts, table of contents to be beautiful. 3. Insert an icon → by clicking the Insert menu → selecting the Icon menu → search and select the desired icon, including stickers and images or other things as well.  Step 3 Automatically copy and paste business cards. When the business card design is finished You can instruct Word to copy and paste the original business card into other tables. automatically as follows  1. Click the Mailings menu → Click the Update Labels button. 2. Word will automatically copy and paste business cards into other fields in the table.  Step 4 Save the work file and send it to the printer. Let's save the file as The PDF is ready to print. Go to Go File > Save as > Write your Name > Choose PDF file, then save it!
