1. Let us go to the back-end system of Line Official Account by typing URL: manager.line.biz into the Google search box.
2. Log in to the LINE OA back office with our LINE account.
3. When you sign in with our LINE Notice the menu on the left hand side. Click on the word 'Rich Menu' and click 'Create New'.
4. When entering the rich menu creation page, there are different parts that we need to set as follows.
Part 1: Menu Settings
